FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?

It’s possible to log into the community without having to ever set a password, even if you’ve lost your password or forgotten it.

Here’s how…

From the Community log in page, click the ‘Sign In’ button in the top right corner.

1. Next, enter your email address.

2. Click the ‘Next’ button in the top right corner.

Click the text that says ‘Magic Link’ in the sentence “Email yourself a Magic Link.”

A magic link is a button you can click in your email that will automatically log you into the community without requiring a password. In other words, it relies on the security of your email rather than an additional password.

Check your email for the email containing the Magic Link.

1. Click the ‘Sign In’ Button.

2. If you would like to reset your password, click the ‘Add a password’ link. This is optional as you can always just repeat this process to log in again in the future.

3. If you have any issues with the ‘Sign In’ button, you can instead copy this link into your browser and hit enter on your keyboard.

You can also log in to the Mastery Membership with a password (1) or without a password (if you’re using a Google hosted email address) (2)

3. If you have lost your password, you can click here to reset it. This will take you to a page to type in your email address.

After you’ve entered your email address, click the button and then check your email. If you don’t see an email right away, check your spam folder.

Click the link in the email to reset your password.
